December Currently and Some Friendly Shout Outs

Just thought I would let you know what I've been up to. It was my birthday on Friday and although I'm older, I don't feel it. There are times I actually feel like I could hang out with teenage girls and get along great. Great, at least, until I realize that I'm old enough to be their mother. That hit me a few years back when there was a new teacher starting at our school. I loved her right away - we clicked and became the best of friends. A few weeks later, I actually thought to ask her how old she was. When we traded age info, she said to me - Oh, you're the same age as my Mom. Waaaaah! Gulp! was my reply.

I'm sure you know about the big TPT sale. Just thought I would let you know about some great products out there. First up, is this great Vocabulary Board from my friend Jennifer at Rowdy in First Grade. There are so many things you can use this for at this time of year - writing stations, work with words, lists, you name it.
