A Groovy Glimpse Inside my Other Life and...a Giveaway

Hi There!
If you're anything like me, you have realized that summer is the only time that you can really love your "other" life fully. Once school starts, I become so divided that my carefree, all kinds of time on my hands life, is a distant memory. I feel a bit like Spiderman when he puts on his suit and he's not just Peter Parker anymore, his spider sense is tingling. Well my multi tasking, juggling 99 things at once sense starts tingling. So... I thought I would just share with you a bit of my "other" life.

First up, my sweet daughter.
Isn't she just the bomb?!! Not to mention, she is sweet, kind and all kinds of wonderful!

This is my family...look at my cute Mom, she is the hardest working person I know and no wrinkles on her face, she could seriously pass as a much younger lady. My brother is as smart and talented as he is cute! I LOVE them!

And then, my cutie pie boyfriend JF...he just did his first Triathlon this past weekend and he was an inspiration to watch, I was so happy for him, he was awesome and persevered til the bitter end. Loved being able to cheer him on! He is the sweetest, kindest man ever!Last but not least, the BRAT!! Here she is passed out on the beach! She will be 8 years old this fall and she gets more adorable each passing year. She loves to bark and chase squirrels. I love it when she's like this though.

So, there's a quick peek, hope I didn't bore you. I have 2 and a half more weeks to enjoy this part of my life fully and then I am back to work. Speaking of work, I just finished a new pack for Back to School. If you would like to win it, just leave me a comment and I'll choose the winners tonight.
Thanks for reading! If you are still enjoying your other life fully, I wish you the best of it. If you are already back at school and multi tasking, I'm thinking of you and I'll be following in your footsteps soon.

  12. Your daughter just introduced me to your blog! (I am working with her this summer.) I am excited to read about some of the great ideas you have for your classroom. I hope to teach in the younger grades as well, so I always like to read more about what other teachers are doing in the classroom!
