So...I have gone over these rules of mine so much the past 3 days, they are tattooed in my brain. Honestly, on Thursday, all we did was practice the rules, practise lining up for fire drills, practise what to do when the timer rings, what to do when the bell rings, what to do at home time. Like you, I am getting routines and procedures down. Maybe, you've already finished that or maybe you're just beginning. In either case, I want to share my classroom rules with you. Here they are...
If there is a rule you need and I haven't included it, please e-mail me at thegroovyteacher@gmail.com
and I will do my best to add it for you. You can click on any of the pictures above for the download.
I'll be back tomorrow for the truth or consequences and to tell you all about Dr. NO. Trust me, you have met Dr. NO before. Stay tuned.
Too Cute!
ReplyDeleteHi Leslie,
ReplyDeleteI completely relate to your comments about the tugging and how different beginning of the year and end of the year first graders look and behave {and the cuteness}. Your FREE posters are absolutely adorable! Thank you.

Man, I totally agree with everything you said! It's unbelievable how they grow and mature during the year. After 18 years of teaching, it never ceases to amaze me. Your rules posters are too cute for words. Thanks for sharing them.
